Please read this release carefully, you will be expressly assuming the risk and legal liability and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages or loss which you might sustain as a result of your utilizing the services of The Regal Ride, LLC, including but not limited to vehicle operations and boarding and exiting the vehicle. By using this website, you fully accept the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. By booking a tour, entering into reservations, or participating in any tour operated by the Regal Ride, LLC, you do acknowledge that you have fully read and understand the terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you, binding upon you, and form a legal agreement before you travel on any tour. The Regal Ride, LLC shall not be responsible for any traffic conditions, weather conditions, winery or brewery crowds, acts of nature or any other circumstance beyond the control of The Regal Ride, LLC that may directly or indirectly cause delays or other modifications to the tour. The tour operator does not provide any personal accident or personal health insurance coverage for any of its guests or participants. All participants acknowledge it is their sole responsibility to provide their own personal accident and personal health insurance coverage while participating on the tour. All guests and all participants understand the potential risks associated with the consumption of alcohol and all acknowledge and agree they are unaware of any medical condition that would prevent them from consuming alcohol or would result in any injury or damage to them as a result of their consumption of alcohol. Guests and participants assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable associated with their alcohol consumption while on the tour. The Regal Ride, LLC expects and requires that all participants in the tour shall drink responsibly and know their limits. The Regal Ride, LLC will not serve alcohol to any person. The legal drinking age in North Carolina is 21 years of age or older. No persons under the age of 21 years will be permitted to consume any alcoholic beverage. All participants and guests represent that they are of the required legal age, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Regal Ride, LLC from and against any claims that may arise as a result of any misrepresentations made. The Regal, Ride, LLC strongly recommends that if you partake of alcohol on the tour, you do not drive after the tour. Guests should make their own arrangements for a safe drive following the tour. All venues have the right to refuse service for any reason they see fit. The company expects any customer, participant, or guest to clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash generated during the trip. All participants will be personally responsible for any damage they cause during the tour to the property of any businesses visited or to the property of The Regal Ride, LLC. The following rules must be Obeyed: - Smoking and vaping are not permitted on any vehicle or in any winery or brewery. - No alcohol, food, or beverages may be consumed or permitted on the vehicle at any time. - Guests will be responsible for any damage they cause to the tour vehicle with a minimum charge of $100.00. - No possession or use of illegal drugs will be permitted. - No animals will be allowed inside the tour vehicle. - The legal drinking age in North Carolina is 21 years of age or older. No persons under the age of 21 years will be permitted on any wine or brewery tour. - Loud, boisterous, drunken, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time at the venues or while in The Regal Ride, LLC vehicles. The undersigned does hereby fully release and forever discharge The Regal Ride, LLC from any and all claims for damages loss, or injuries which may accrue to me in any way connected are associated with the services provided by The Regal Ride, LLC. I have fully read and fully understand this waiver and release of all claims. If registering online or via fax, a facsimile signature or email signature shall have the same legal effect as an original form signature. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
